A Way to Preserve Mobility
Gaitkeeping is a methodology people with Parkinson’s can use to better coordinate their walk, and prolong their independence. Developed by long-time PwP and movement coach Pamela Quinn, it teaches people how to analyze their gait in the context of PD, and how to use a progression of movement strategies to regain and maintain physical confidence.
